Curing Stale Stand-Ups with Ask Kanban!

--

The daily stand-up is the most prolific meeting among technology and product teams worldwide. For many teams, their stand-ups have devolved.

Most stand-ups are stale. In response, we created Ask Kanban!, a game for curing stale stand-ups.

Over the past year our team has implemented Ask Kanban! with hundreds of software developers, user experience experts, visual designers, testers, devops engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders. We have incrementally improved the game dozens of times with help from our friends at LeanKit and our peers in the global community of Accredited Kanban Trainers.

We’re happy to report we’re consistently receiving glowing feedback from early adopters of Ask Kanban! all over the world.

Today, the HUGE I/O team is sharing Ask Kanban! with the broader community—hoping you experience the same great results we have!
